Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days before the booking date are eligible for a 20% refund of the total booking amount. This policy is designed to cover our administrative and operational costs, considering the proximity to the reservation date. - No Refund – 48 Hours Before Booking:
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours before the booking date do not qualify for a refund. As we prepare for your stay and allocate resources accordingly, this policy helps us ensure the smooth running of our operations.
